The Baylor College of Medicine Breast Imaging Fellowship is a one-year program that provides training in all aspects of breast imaging and breast interventions. Our program emphasizes practice skills gained through one-on-one teaching.
We accept one fellow per year.

We have an active tumor registry and multi-disciplinary breast team. Fellows participate in weekly tumor board. The fellowship includes 12 months in breast imaging with one day each week devoted to covering general radiology services (abdominal, chest, ultrasound or ED imaging), so that the participants can maintain their non-breast imaging skills.
Opportunities for research are also available.
Our Breast Imaging Fellowship participates in the Society of Breast Imaging (SBI) Breast Imaging Fellowship Match, sponsored by the SBI and managed by the National Resident Matching Program (NRMP). Applicants must register with the Radiology Match to be eligible.
Applications open October 1. All applications must be submitted through the SBI Fellowships CAS Applicant Portal. Our program is listed in the official SBI Fellowship Directory, where applicants can review all application requirements.
Application deadline: December 1
Interview period: January–February. Selected applicants will receive an interview invitation and will be contacted by the program coordinator.
