Senior care in Frisco, TX

Our specialized senior clinic at Baylor Scott & White Geriatrics – South Frisco offers geriatric primary care services near you. A geriatric social worker is also available for consultation.

In addition to primary care physicians and services, we offer evaluation and care plan development for elderly and geriatric patients in and around South Frisco with multiple chronic medical problems common with aging, including memory loss, depression, incontinence, functional decline and falls. Care plans are developed in consultation with the patient, patient's family and caregivers, and current primary care provider.

We also offer house calls. Any patient who is home-bound is eligible for this innovative program through which geriatricians (elder care doctors) and nurse practitioners provide primary care to patients in their home.
