Baylor Scott & White Outpatient Rehabilitation – Forney can be found north of US Hwy. 80 on FM 548. Our staff of licensed physical therapists specialize in orthopedic physical therapy, pelvic floor therapy, and dry needling. Through our direct access program, patients may be seen for certain conditions without a physician referral.
