What to expect during your child's 5 to 10-year well child exam
As your child enters this stage, you can see your provider once a year. This means you will see your doctor for a well-child visit at ages 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10. This transition stage between childhood and adolescence is full of development. These checkups are essential to staying up-to-date on immunizations, answering questions, and assessing your child's health.
