The Baylor Scott & White Medical Center – Baylor College of Medicine (Temple) Pain Fellowship Management is fully accredited by the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME).
Our one-year fellowship is an integrated, multidisciplinary pain management fellowship that includes common and advanced interventional techniques as well as interdisciplinary, acute, chronic and cancer pain management on an inpatient and outpatient basis.
We accept two pain management fellows per year.
Our fellowship functions in a multidisciplinary capacity, integrating the disciplines of neurosurgery, neurology, psychiatry, oncology and physical medicine. Anesthesiology residents in their clinical anesthesia years will rotate through the pain management center along with residents from other medical specialties and medical students from the Texas A&M College of Medicine.

Our program participates in the National Resident Matching Program (NRMP) and uses the Electronic Residency Application Service (ERAS) to electronically accept fellowship applications, letters of recommendations, dean’s letters, transcripts and other credentials directly from the applicant's medical school.
Applicants are responsible for ensuring that all application materials are completed and properly submitted through ERAS. The Fellowship Selection Committee will review all completed applications and select candidates for interviews. Interviews will be arranged by invitation only.
