After completing education and training at Texas A&M College of Medicine and Mayo Clinic Rochester MN, Dr. Giebel joined the Division of Cardiology at Temple Clinic Baylor Scott & White Health. He has been a staff cardiologist here since 1994. His career duties involve clinical cardiology, CVICU care, echocardiography and structural heart disease echocardiography, and diagnostic cardiac catheterization. He has been active in teaching medical students, residents, and cardiology fellows. Dr. Giebel's areas of expertise include general cardiology and the treatment of coronary artery disease, valvular heart disease, chest pain, heart failure, cardiomyopathy, hypertension, and pericardial disease.
