Dr. McNeal is a hospitalist physician board-certified in internal medicine. She obtained her medical degree from Texas A&M College of Medicine in 2002 and completed residency training at Scott & White Memorial Hospital in 2006. She has been a physician with Baylor Scott & White in Temple since that time. She cares for a variety of types of patients in the hospital and has interests in communication in healthcare, medical education, and healthcare leadership. Currently, she serves as Associate Chief Medical Officer for the Baylor Scott & White Temple Market. In this role, even though she is a hospitalist physician, she enjoys leading and connecting healthcare teams with patients and caregivers to help each patient live their best life outside of the hospital.

2017 - Leonard Tow Faculty Humanism in Medicine Award -- given by the Texas A&M College of Medicine John L. Montgomery Gold Humanism Honor Society
